How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped by Canada Post / USPS. If a tracking number is available, it will be emailed to you separately so that you can track your order. We do not ship using FEDEX, UPS, Purolator or other courier services.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, orders on this site are shipped within Canada and to the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, the shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days. If you live in the United States, as customs and border crossing times vary, shipping times may also vary.
In addition, as all of our items are crafted by hand in our Vancouver Studio, some orders will take additional time so that we can make the pieces especially for you. We will advise you, by email, when your order is ready for shipping and provide a tracking number, if applicable. Orders should be available for shipping within 3 days to 2 weeks after placing the online order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Of course, we want you to be happy with your order. We try very hard to depict our items clearly on our website to give you a good representation of the items you purchase. Please keep in mind that we use natural materials, such as marble and wood. As such, each material will feature its own character and variation.
Should you receive your items and not be happy, we will be pleased to offer a replacement or exchange. We do not offer refunds. We do require you to be in touch with us in writing within 10 days of your order being received. Once your item is returned to us in its original condition, we will send out a replacement. You will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
